About ManiMonk Products
Q: Are all ManiMonk products authentic?
Yes. Every product sold by ManiMonk is sourced from verified suppliers and checked for authenticity before dispatch. We never stock artificially carved, synthetic or imitation spiritual products.
Q: Where are your Rudraksha sourced from?
Our Rudraksha are sourced directly from verified suppliers in Nepal and Java (Indonesia). Nepal Rudraksha are larger with deeply defined mukhis. Java Rudraksha are smaller and ideal for jewellery and bracelets.
Q: Are your gemstones natural and untreated?
Yes. All gemstones sold by ManiMonk are natural unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description. We do not sell synthetic or glass-filled stones.
Q: Are your yantras energised?
Yes. Our yantras are energised through proper Vedic ritual before dispatch.
Q: How do I choose the right Rudraksha or gemstone for me?

Q: Can women wear Rudraksha?

Orders and Payments
Q: How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in India.
Q: Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. COD is available across most locations in India. A small additional charge may apply for COD orders. Our team may call or WhatsApp to confirm COD orders.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After this window, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as processing may have already begun. Contact us immediately with your order number to request a cancellation.
Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address immediately after your order is placed.
Shipping and Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Other cities and towns: 5–8 business days. Remote areas: 7–10 business days. International orders vary by destination.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on prepaid orders. A small shipping charge may apply on COD orders.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes. ManiMonk ships to devotees worldwide. Contact us for international shipping rates and timelines for your destination.
Q: How do I track my order?
Tracking details are sent to your registered email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order at Track Your Order.
Q: What if my order is delayed?
Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues or high demand. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Returns and Replacement
Q: What is your return policy?
ManiMonk offers a 1-day replacement window for damaged, defective, wrong or missing products only. Returns for personal preference, size issues or change of mind are not accepted. Please read our full Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Q: I received a damaged product. What do I do?
Contact us within 1 day of delivery with your order number, clear product images and a complete unboxing video. We will review and resolve your claim promptly.
Q: Is an unboxing video mandatory?
Yes. For damaged, wrong, missing or defective product claims, a complete unboxing video showing the sealed package, opening process and product condition is mandatory. Claims without a video may be rejected.
Q: Can I return a Rudraksha or yantra I have already worn or used?
No. Energised, worn or used spiritual products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrived damaged or defective.
